At the Cut Flowers Centre you’ll find cut flower growers and suppliers of accessories for florists (containers, packaging, decorative items, etc.).
If you hear cries like “Wow!” and see the flash of cameras, you’re on the Bouquets d’aujourd’hui stand, where the French cut flower industry takes the limelight. A whole series of floral demonstrations take place over the 3 days of the show. Come and admire the designs produced for the Salon du Végétal by Jean-Louis Anxoine and his team. A wide range of species and varieties grown in France are used.
A bouquet competition takes place on the Wednesday. It is open to all, experienced and/or apprentice florists. For registrations, please contact Mélanie Loubaud (email - Tel. 02 41 79 14 17).
Factsheets are available to help you reproduce the bouquets and compositions. They contain a list of the varieties and supplies used, the time taken to produce the bouquet and the cost (with and without the container).
Come and see what the floral art trends for spring/summer 2012 will be. Artisans Fleuristes de France, Interflora and Oya will be presenting their view of trends on a stand.
