Why will you be at the 2019 Salon du Végétal?

Chrysal is a historic stakeholder and a regular at the Salon du Végétal. This year we’re coming to present our products but also the services that we’re making available to our customers. We already provide this offering of advice and technical support on a daily basis but we need to communicate more widely on this subject.

Does that meet an expectation of the floral industry?

Yes, because the professionals in the floral chain are very focused on the operations part, and less on the hygiene part and the conservation of flowers and plants. For the quality process, we play an advisory role and professionals appreciate this expert perspective on a field to which they don’t necessarily pay attention due to a lack of time or internal skills.

And what are your expectations for the Salon du Végétal?

Thanks to its repositioning in September, the timing is great for the Fair! It’s the period during which discussions pick up for the following year. I’m expecting exhibitors to propose products and services, I’m expecting visitors, be they growers or retailers, to find solutions and innovation… And for it to be a fair that will prepare their business for 2020.
